Embeddinator Offers 5 Days Return policy. Our customer service policies are simple, straightforward and transparent and are drafted keeping your best interest in mind. But, if by any reason, you wish a part or complete product you bought from Embeddinator because you are unhappy with the service or quality, you can always send it back to us. And we promise we will look into it with utmost priority. It is your right and we respect it. Once the product is received, we will check the error. If found faulty the product would be changed and a new product would be sent to you. If the product id found faulty or damaged than it will only be exchanged, there is no cancellation or refund on the order. Buyer may return a part of the order, in case of multiple items in an order. Shipping Policy.
We are using a third-party DTDC, Trackon, Bluedart, Professional, or Speed post courier service, after getting an order from the buyer, our shipping team will find out which courier service provides better or faster service to that particular pincode depending upon service, our shipping team ship product on that courier service to give and lightning fast delivery to the buyer.
What is the duration of the return process?
Once your return request has been placed with our Customer Service, the product should be couriered back immediately with tracking Slip Share with Embeddinator. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a Product Inspection which takes about 2-3 days. If any error is found, the replacement product is shipped immediately else the notification for re-shipment charges is sent to the customer.

Order Cancellation Policy
This Order Cancellation Policy applies when customer cancels all or part of an order within 2 hours of purchase after order acceptance and acknowledgement from Embeddinator but before shipment of Goods or Execution of services. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. All claims once item is shipped will be in accordance to our return policy.
