Description
49E Hall
The 49E integrates a Hall sensing element, linear amplifier, sensitivity controller, and an emitter follower output stage. Its design allows it to accurately track extremely small changes in magnetic flux density, often too subtle to activate a Hall-effect switch. The WSH49E variant of this sensor finds versatile applications as a current sensor, tooth sensor, proximity detector, and motion detector. Serving as a sensitive monitor of magnetic flux, it effectively measures system performance with minimal system loading while offering isolation from contaminated and electrically noisy environments. The 49E is a Linear Hall-Effect sensor renowned for its small size and cost-effectiveness.
Hall effect devices like the 49E operate in response to magnetic fields generated by electromagnets or permanent magnets. Users must adjust the sourcing output voltage by supplying voltage. The sensor’s output voltage varies in direct proportion to the strength of the magnetic field detected.
