Our Clear Glass is 100% transparent. With thin base layer, it is able to provide complete transparency. However, with increased layers, it gives the same effect as multiple glass slabs kept over each other gives from side. In FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) technology, 100% glass-like transparency in a 3D print cannot be achieved as of now.
Key Features and Benef
We use state-of-the-art machines in order to deliver highest uniformity in diameter of +/- 0.015mm. The consistency is under constant automatic monitoring. Any deviations in diameter over the set criteria instructs to scrap the spool. This helps us to offer high standards in diameter consistency.
Higher strength than regular PLA:
We add specific additives in our compounds in order to make the filament stronger than regular PLA filaments. Thus, the filament helps in achieving stronger prints with higher strength. filament also helps to attain better layer-to-layer adhesion. A better inter-layer adhesion helps to make the joints more firm and strong.
Nozzle Friendly:
We make our PLA filaments with pure PLA and lead-free additives. Further, our entire manufacturing process is carried out in a closed and contamination-free environment. This helps us to achieve zero foreign contamination inside the filament and on the filament surface.
Moisture Eradicated
We make sure that we get to you moisture free filaments so you make consistent and crisp 3D Prints. This further helps in making filament more nozzle friendly by avoiding nozzle clogging due to moisture ridden filaments. We use additional air-dry technique to eliminate moisture from within the filament and not only from the surface.
Full 1kg Net Weight of Filament:
We provide 1kg nett of filament in every spool. This will give you atleast 25% more filament to print. Hence, much more productivity as compared to gross 1kg filaments.
Colour Changing Desiccant:
Every filament comes with two sachets of colour changing orange desiccants. The beads change colour to pink or green when it absorbs moisture. It helps you to monitor the efficiency of desiccants, whether they are capable of absorbing more moisture or not. You can recharge and reuse the silicon beads by drying the same in oven. Guide for the same is included in the box.
